Frequently asked questions

How do I get to use the experiences?
Estonia's best service providers offer a range of services to try through the Chilli UGC platform, and the same experiences can be bought on Chilli at the same time. The selection is updated in real time, and Chilli works with more than 2000 partners.
How does my video reach the Chilli front page?
After using the service, you add the link to the content you published on your social media to the Chilli UGC platform. We repost the video to Chilli Reels, which are shown on the front page and on the offer pages. Your video also reaches Chilli's marketing channels, newsletters and social media, and service providers can repost it too. It is like a turbo button for growing your personal audience and your content creation, while you enjoy a variety of experiences for free!
Can I get the experiences completely free?
Chilli creators have two levels: Creator and SuperCreator. New creators start at the Creator level with their first collaborations, which means you buy the experience yourself first and get an automatic refund after posting the video. SuperCreators can grab experiences on the platform on the go without paying, and service providers can also send them personal experiences and packages that are not offered to other creators.
How do I know if my content meets the requirements?
The requirements are relaxed, but in short: entertaining content that does not offend anyone, presents the chosen service and fits Chilli. If the content does not meet this, we tell you why and you can make one new post. If that does not fit either, a Creator's purchase stays a regular purchase and you still got to enjoy the experience. SuperCreators get more attempts to get their content right before they can go and enjoy their next experiences.
Do I need to say that I am a Chilli creator?
When sharing on your own channel, follow the platform rules just as you do today. We simply boost the reach of your content and your account and link it to a real offer that can be bought right away.
Which platforms can I create content for?
Chilli Reels brings together content from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. If you are active on any of them (or several) and have your own audience that you want to offer new content to, you are welcome to fill in the form below.

Chilli Creators UGC collaboration terms

    Your experience, your content

    Publish the video on your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube Shorts channel. If you pick music from the platform's music library, check that the licence lets you share the video elsewhere too.

    We help your content reach further

    By taking part in the programme, you allow Chilli to share your video in Chilli Reels on the front page and on the offer pages, in Chilli marketing channels, newsletters and social media, together with your profile picture and a link to your social media account. The service provider whose experience the video presents may also repost it. You remain the author of the video.

  3. 3

    The collaboration is clear to viewers

    Follow the advertising rules of the platform where you publish the video. Chilli takes care of labelling advertising correctly on its own channels.

    You experience and share, we reimburse

    Chilli creators have two levels. A Creator buys the experience first, publishes a video on their social media after using it and adds the post link to the Chilli UGC platform. If the video meets the content terms and Chilli approves and publishes it, the refund of the purchase amount starts automatically. A SuperCreator gets experiences on the platform without paying, and service providers may also offer them personal experiences and packages.

    If the video does not meet the terms, we explain why and you can make one new post and add a new link. If that one does not fit either, the video is not published, and for a Creator the purchase stays a regular purchase and the amount is not reimbursed. A SuperCreator gets more attempts to get the content right, but can move on to the next experiences once the previous video is in order.

    We keep the collaboration fair and smooth

    If the terms are broken, Chilli may suspend your participation in the programme.

What content is suitable for publishing?

A good video is fun, honest and shows what the experience really offers. Keep in mind:

  • Vertical video, at least 30 seconds.Sharp picture, good light and clear sound.
  • Only this experience.Do not mix other products or services into the video.
  • No third party logos.The video must not carry any foreign logo or watermark, such as the CapCut one. The Chilli logo is welcome.
  • Your own video and experience.Show what the experience includes and say honestly what you liked.
  • People on camera agree.If recognisable people appear in the video, ask their permission to film and publish.
  • Be kind.Do not insult or belittle Chilli, the provider or other people.
  • Only music you may use.Use music and material that may also be used outside the platform.
  • Say where to find it.Mention in the video or the post text that the experience can be bought on Chilli. Tag the Chilli account and add #ChilliDeals.
  • Post first, then add the link.Post the video to your followers first, then add the post link on the Chilli platform.
  • Enjoy, but mind the deadline.Add the link within 7 days after using the experience.
