What fees apply to the partnership?
Chilli commission is typically 12-18%, depending on annual customer volume. Joining is free and there are no recurring platform fees.
How large should the discount be?
Depending on the format it ranges from 0-80%. The strongest mix is year-round experience gifts with a modest discount, plus 40-50% day offers for a few weeks each quarter.
How do payouts work?
At the start of each week we pay out for guests served the previous week.
How is this different from other ad channels?
You pay only when you get a customer. No guests, no cost. Reach in the Chilli audience, social and media channels is included.
Are there paid features in partner web and the apps?
No. Every partner gets every feature at no charge. You pay only for real customers.
How is this different from courier platforms?
Chilli brings real guests on site. You can sell more at the table, show your service, earn word of mouth and social posts, and win repeat visits without a campaign discount.
Do you only reach local customers?
Chilli runs in 8 languages and we translate your message at no cost so tourists can find you. We cover most inbound tourism to Estonia, including Estonian, Russian, English, Finnish, Swedish, Latvian, Lithuanian and Ukrainian speakers. Tourist share appears automatically in partner statistics.
How long must the discount stay valid?
We agree this with you each time. Most campaigns run 2-4 weeks and guests arrive within 1-2 months. For direct booking, keep calendar slots open at least 1 month ahead (free automation helps). Gift-ready full-price services usually stay valid for 1 year.
Where is our offer marketed?
Thousands visit the Chilli site and app every day. The newsletter reaches 150,000 people daily, social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) has 50,000 followers, and offers also appear on Postimees and deal aggregators. Your offer reaches about 300,000 people.
